Ground floor common area and gym
Come down and join us this Sunday for an introductory PT group session. This will include 15-20 mins of full body group class session- body pump style, show correct technique e.g. squats technique, leg press, push up, dips and how use equipment in Iglu gym safely. Make sure to come down 5 minutes early, the class will start promptly at 10.30am. Limited space available (maximum 45 students) Enjoy a light brunch of bagels, smoothies, fruits after the session.
