Come down to the courtyard and have a Tai Chi session to reduce your stress. Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese meditative exercise with slow, graceful movements that help you stretch, breath and find balance. Practicing Tai Chi can help calm you physically and emotionally, reducing anxiety and depression.
