RSVP at the front desk to participate in a 1 hour free yoga class this Sunday!
It is a great way to relax and get a break from studying, whilst also getting some exercise.
The class is run by a qualified instructor and will help guide you on ways to help deal with stress whilst relaxing your mind and body.
