Don’t be fooled by the title, there is nothing sushi about sushi bake. What is it then? A thick layer of Japanese rice, topped with shredded surimi sticks and spicy mayo, baked to firm perfection, sprinkled with toasted sesame seeds, spring onions, and seasoned seaweed flakes. It’s flavour on flavour on flavour!
