The Tajine Cooking Class is a culinary event that will bring residents together in a fun and culturally enriching experience. Moroccan gastronomy is rich and incredibly diverse, the flavour combinations and aromatic spices make every single dish amazing. This would be the perfect opportunity to introduce Moroccan cuisine . The cooking class will be held in the communal kitchen on ground floor on Sunday, 16th of June starting at 3pm.
The Kefta Mkaoura (Moroccan Meatball and Egg Tajine) will be the dish being demonstrated.
